Beloved, Be Loved

Let go, there’s no need to strive. What is there to hold on to? Everything in this world is fleeting, but My love for you.

Let go, stop fighting against what you know is true–that’s My love for you.

You’ve heard stories that just aren’t true. You feel the power of My love calling out to you.

My love is not fake, phony, or a net meant to trap you. My love is real and authentic. My love will never change, and I’ll always remain true.

Allow My love in. Allow My love to nourish the deepest depths of your heart, the places where counterfeit love came crashing in–My love has the power to comfort and heal those places of your heart that were left in ruin.

But first, you must let Me in…

Behold, I’m standing at the door, knocking. If your heart is open to hear My voice and you open the door within, I will come in to you and feast with you, and you will feast with Me. Revelation 3:20 tPt

Revelation 3:20 Footnote: The Aramaic can be translated, “I have been standing at the door, knocking.” Jesus, knocking on the door, points us to the process of an ancient Jewish wedding invitation. In the days of Jesus, a bridegroom, and his father would come to the door of the bride-to-be carrying the betrothal cup of wine and the bride-price. Standing outside, they would knock. If she fully opened the door, she was saying, “Yes, I will be your bride.” Jesus and His Father, in the same way, are knocking on the doors of our hearts, and inviting us to be the bride of Christ.

Shattered Glass

Once broken,

Always broken,

That’s simply untrue.

When a glass shatters, our instinct is to dispose of it, collecting larger shards, and sweeping up the smaller fragments. Yet, even in our caution, injuries may persist. A cut on the finger, or a glass shard slipping through a crack, resurfacing, finding its way into our unsuspecting foot.

Ouch!

Broken glass possesses sharp edges, demands delicate handling…

Consider this:

What if you chose to mend that shattered glass? You might initially think, “Whoa, that’s too much work! It’s shattered, beyond repair. Not that serious; it’s easier to buy a new glass!”

Imagine:

The glass was one of a kind?

Specially crafted, a custom design, a unique type of glass?

What if the glass was priceless, an heirloom, irreplaceable by any other?

Instead of discarding it, you decide to gather every piece, large and small, placing them gently into a container. You commit to restoring this special glass—piece by piece, bringing back its original design, acknowledging its value, and recognizing it as a masterpiece!

Daughter, Live!

Daughter,

As I look upon the masterpiece of your existence, I want you to hear the whispers of my heart. “Daughter, live.” I fashioned you for so much more than the weight you’ve carried. I’m profoundly sorry for the suffering you’ve endured, the wrongs inflicted upon you, and the pain etched into your soul.

In the midst of your hurt, I extend an invitation. Come to me, lay down the burdens of your heart. Release the pain, the hurt, and any lingering unforgiveness. I long to cradle you in my love, to heal the wounds that ache within. Your healing is not just a wish; it’s a promise I hold for you.

My desire for you is nothing short of abundance—a life overflowing with joy, peace, and purpose. You are my cherished creation, and I speak life over you. Let my words echo in the depths of your being, breathing renewed strength into every fiber of your existence.

So, my precious one, heed the call. Come, let me wrap you in the warmth of my love. Embrace the healing I offer, and step into the fullness of the life I have designed uniquely for you.

With unwavering love,

Papa

If you’re curious about the prophetic artwork featured on my welcome page, it was created in September 2019 by Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art. Feel free to explore the accompanying prophetic word on the Dyed4you Art website by clicking here.

The inspiration behind commissioning Meghan Williams to create the prophetic portrait titled “Daughter, Live!” stemmed from a desire for an artistic expression that could speak of my journey of healing and hope through the transformative power of Jesus. At the time my blog was titled mydaughter-live.

Psalm 118:17 (VOICE), resonates: “I will not die. I will live. I will live to tell about all the Eternal has done.” This verse serves as a reminder and declaration of the inherent value of my life. My story unfolded from one of trauma and abuse into one of transformation and hope. This scripture stands as a testament to my decision to break free from the shackles of my past and choose to live. Now, it fuels my passion to share the incredible work that God has done for me, reaching out to those who may find themselves in the same place I once was.

Just Be

“Religion says, ‘You must do.’ Relationship says, ‘Just be!’ You don’t have to come with a check list of things to do. Just come and just be. Just be present. Just as you enjoy My presence, I enjoy your presence.”

Childlike Joy & Freedom

“Whoever continually humbles himself to become like this little child is the greatest one in heaven’s kingdom realm.” Matthew‬ ‭18:4‬ ‭TPT‬‬

But when you choose to be cheerful, every day will bring you more and more joy and fullness.” Proverbs‬ ‭15:15‬ ‭TPT‬‬

{Visual} Papa leans in close “Shhhh, your secret is safe with me. You have permission to be childlike and full of wonder. {Visual} Papa winks and giggles. “We both know the truth!”

I understand; it’s easy to get wrapped up in the world around you. One moment you’re living in childlike wonder, and the next, you feel like you should act more like a grown-up. So you find yourself “adulting” in my presence instead of living from the beauty of the childlike wonder that fills your heart. My child, you’re free to be yourself with me—full of life, joy and wonder. Continue to drink in joy, love, and peace. Enjoy this place of freedom, laughter, and unending joy that you’ve found in me. Protect it, and don’t allow anything to rob you of your birthright—freedom and joy belong to you!
