I want to take a moment to introduce myself—not just as your coach, but as your friend, someone who truly sees you, believes in you, and is honored to walk alongside you on this journey.
Coaching isn’t just something I do; it’s who I am. I genuinely love people and am passionate about seeing others excel in life. Since 2009, I’ve walked with women through seasons of transition—helping them navigate grief, divorce, heal from past wounds, break free from toxic cycles, and step boldly into the life they were created to live. I officially became a Board-Certified Mental Health Coach and Certified Life Coach in 2023, specializing in crisis response, trauma care, and grief, but this work has been part of me long before certification. Through Live Life Free, I help women reclaim their voices and step into their destiny.
I am a survivor of over 30 years of various types of abuse, including religious and narcissistic abuse. I lived through cycles of trauma that tried to silence me. But Love—God—interrupted my story. When I was finally in a safe space, my healing began, and I realized that my pain wasn’t the end of my story—it was a bridge to something greater.
I considered becoming a licensed therapist, but my heart was drawn to coaching. Therapy is a powerful tool for healing, but many women need support in taking action and moving forward—that’s where coaching comes in. If you’re in therapy, having a coach alongside you can help you:

I combine my lived experience and training to walk with women through not just healing, but growth, purpose, and bold steps forward. Along the way, I have written books, founded Divine Purpose Publishing House, launched a nonprofit, Vital Voice of Love, and stepped into new ventures. But my greatest passion? Helping women step into the fullness of who they were created to be.
