As a Spiritual Journey Coach, I walk alongside you, offering guidance, support, and tools to help you navigate life’s transitions, heal from past wounds, and rediscover your wholeness. The focus is always on your unique journey and goals.

2. What is coaching not?

Coaching is not therapy. While therapy focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions or processing deep psychological wounds, coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. As your coach, I don’t diagnose or treat conditions, but I do support you in creating actionable steps, gaining clarity, and moving toward a life of healing, growth, and freedom.

If at any point therapy would better serve your needs, I can encourage you to connect with a licensed therapist and support you in that process.

3. What can I expect from coaching sessions?
